Our first sampling of Southern Tier Brewing Company’s beer is their Unearthly Imperial IPA. A bold oak aged IPA gives you a blast of hops aroma right away. The taste is citrusy and the hops are present but not overwhelming . A true tip of the cap to the brewers of this fine beer who managed to create a well balanced IPA with a big kick.
