This week we dive in to Southern Pecan Nut Brown Ale from the Lazy Magnolia Brewing Company in Kiln, Mississippi (home of Brett Favre) . The largest American Craft brewery in Mississippi (it’s really the only one), has managed to brew their flagship beer using fresh whole roasted pecans giving this beer a nice nutty taste without an overwhelming flavor. Malty and lightly hopped, Southern Pecan is unique for sure!

I think Mark should do a home brewing demo and show us all how to brew Swamp Fox IPA. At least give us some insight into how it’s made. This is one of my favorite beer’s.
