This week on Beer America TV we tackle the rise of Rye! It seems we are seeing more and more beers using this ingredient that doesn’t actually taste like you think it would when you think of Rye. A great example of that is Real Ale’s Full Moon Rye Pale Ale, a wonderful beer that is well balanced and very tasty . In this episode John will also discuss what rye actually does in the brewing process!

I never had rye ale and will buy some to check it out. For what its worth, I never heard the beep.
