While in Vietnam, Beer America TV had the perfect opportunity to pay tribute to Gordon Knight. For those of you who don’t know, Oskar Blues brews a brilliant beer called G’Knight
. This beer was inspired buy their good friend and fellow brewer Gordon Knight, who was also a Vietnam Veteran and helicopter pilot. Unfortunately, Gordon was killed fighting fires in Colorado, so I thought it would be cool to bring his beer to Vietnam as a tribute.

Thanks Marco! Sadly, OB can’t promote it because I used a “Gordon” can in the shot and said they were sued by Gorden Biersch, when they were actually just served with a cease and and desist notice. Just goes to show how the big guys can make the little guys lives a little hard if they choose to do so!

Brilliant tribute to a fantastic beer with a wonderful story behind it. Thanks for coming up with the idea, Paul, and following through.
