Oskar Blues keeps on expanding. I bet one day soon they’ll be available in almost every state. Their web site has a nice virtual tour. I decided to take my own tour of their new Longmont facility and got a nice guided tour. Ten Fidy is also available aged in whiskey barrels at their restaurant in Lyons. I saw their barrels in their warehouse and was drooling as the prospect of trying that. I suggest if you can ever do this – try aging the Ten Fidy for a year. Aging does wonders to a big beer like this. I’ve kept one can of Ten Fidy since last February and am patiently awaiting the anniversary date to open it up again. Stock up on this as it tends to go quickly. A bit pricey but worth it.
