This week we’re are at the first ever North Texas Beer Festival which was held at the Plano Center just outside of Dallas. Beer America TV had a booth and the opportunity to interview festival attendees and brewers, which we’ll be posting in the next few weeks . Want to chime in with my 2 cents worth on how to sample at a Craft Beer Festival. 2 paths: 1) Pick out a few brewers that interest you and sample there brews. 2) and this is my preference pick out 2 beer styles and drink only those you find.

Frank, those are a great 2 pennies worth of advice!! It’s real easy to drink to much at beer festivals which isn’t good for many obvious reasons – but mainly because after a while the quantity will mess up your taste buds, your brain, and the purpose of going to a beer festival!
