Autumn Maple from The Bruery is a different take on a pumpkin beer . Brewed with 17 pounds of yams per barrel, Autumn Maple has cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, vanilla, molasses, and maple syrup, and fermented with their traditional Belgian yeast strain, this is a bold and spicy beer and would be perfect to enjoy on a cold autumn evening.

I was just down south and checked out Hangar 24. I wish I had time to go to The Bruery. Next time….next time…

The Bruery is making some pretty nice beers, The way they are bottling certainly gives them a “high end” profile, but what’s in the bottle backs that up. Good stuff!

Oh Travis you should! Make a special trip for it. There are a couple hotels right there so no worries about getting home from the tasting room!
I had a great visit a couple weeks ago. The folks there are great!!
