Autumn Maple from The Bruery is a different take on a pumpkin beer. Brewed with 17 pounds of yams per barrel, Autumn Maple has cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, vanilla, molasses, and maple syrup, and fermented with their traditional Belgian yeast strain, this is a bold and spicy beer and would be perfect to enjoy on a cold autumn evening.

I was just down south and checked out Hangar 24. I wish I had time to go to The Bruery. Next time….next time…

The Bruery is making some pretty nice beers, The way they are bottling certainly gives them a “high end” profile, but what’s in the bottle backs that up. Good stuff!

Oh Travis you should! Make a special trip for it. There are a couple hotels right there so no worries about getting home from the tasting room!
I had a great visit a couple weeks ago. The folks there are great!!
