This week we dive in to Southern Pecan Nut Brown Ale from the Lazy Magnolia Brewing Company in Kiln, Mississippi (home of Brett Favre). The largest American Craft brewery in Mississippi (it’s really the only one), has managed to brew their flagship beer using fresh whole roasted pecans giving this beer a nice nutty taste without an overwhelming flavor. Malty and lightly hopped, Southern Pecan is unique for sure!
