Interview with Jim Koch, Boston Beer Company – Ep. 56

Our recent trip to the Craft Brewers Conference was a blast, and we had the opportunity to interview plenty of brewers. This week we start off with the owner of the largest American owned brewery, the one and only Jim Koch from the Boston Beer Company. He’s got plenty to say, and you’ll love to know what he’s got aging in the barrels behind him!

I just wanted to dd as a follow up… Jim, thanks again for taking the time with BeerAmerica.TV and for your hospitality. The event you hosted for the Craft Brewers Conference reception was exceptional. As mentioned in the video, the beers we tried later that evening included very authentic (and tasty!) gueze, kriek, bavarian-style hefe weizen, and the list just goes on and on. The Boston Beer Company facility, there in Boston, is truly a brewer’s playground… and Jim Koch appears to be one playful brewer.

    Cheers for now,
    John Pinkerton
