Full Sail Brewing: LTD 04, Ep. 158

Most of the time here on Beer America TV we discuss beers full of malt, tons of hops or a combination of both, this week, we discuss a beer thats basic, but still full of flavor. Full Sail LTD 04 is a beer brewed with only a single malt and a single hop, and it’s perfectly balanced! Its golden deliousness weighs in at a 7% ABV and is very sessionalble – check it out!

  • Tom Said,

I had this beer during its 2011 release. I recall it having an incredibly dry finish, and I really liked it. Thanks for the brewing geek talk; it’s one reason why I enjoy your vids.

  • Paul Said,

Thanks Tom! I tell John all the time to go geeky whenever he can, not only do our viewers like it, but I learn a heck of a lot in the process!!!

  • Tom Said,

And Paul, regarding your comments about seasonal and special releases:
I used to be similarly bummed when a seasonal or special went away. But over the last year, I’ve come to buy ONLY such beers. In fact, I’m greatly enjoying Alaskan’s new spring seasonal (a fabulous black IPA) as I write this; it’s Alaskan’s first spring seasonal ever. Extreme variety is now my beer drinking focus, and American brewing, as you point out, is the world epicenter of such excitement. Cheers!
