Dogfish Head: Heaven and Hell – Beer America TV, Ep. 77

OK, so you can’t buy this one in a single bottle, but you can make it yourself using two of Dogfish Heads biggest beers, their 120 IPA and their World Wide Stout. It’s basically an extreme black and tan that punches your taste buds right where it counts. It’s two great tastes that taste great together, with a little caution thrown in for good measure!

I will try this for sure as I am big fan of both these beers. I didn’t think to try this but should have b/c my favorite brewpub, Southern/Mountain Sun in Boulder does this with several of their beers. They don’t bottle but they will mix them for you, I think I came up with two myself in the last few months but I don’t know if they will put them on the “list”.

May I make a suggestion for the next mix of beers, Depth Charge from Terrapin & Left Hand. I had this at the 24 Hours of Moab MTB race last weekend and it was amazing. It is their second time doing a collaboration brew but it was one of the best of any type of beer in this genre. You will love the deep coffee and chocolate punch it gives.

  • Paul Said,

Hey Greg and Steve, thanks for the comments! We just taped a Depth Charge segment last week and it will be up soon. I can’t imagine combining that beer with anything as it is so beep and rich already, but I don’t doubt that what you’re suggesting is good! Love the suggestion, keep them coming!!
