Brooklyner-Schneider Hopfen-Weisse, Ep. 149

What do you get when a brewery from Brooklyn and a brewery from Germany get together? You get Brooklyner-Schneider Hopfen-Weisse. Brooklyn brewmaster Garrett Oliver and Schneider Weisse brewmaster Hans-Peter Drexler have been long time admireres of each others beers, so they decided to take what they like most about their beers and work a little magic. You won’t believe the end result of this incredible collaboration!

  • Foyle Said,

David Little should be ON camera with you and Pinkerton on a regular basis. No offense to your neighbor, but keep your tastings with Poggioli confined to the backyard. He seems very uncomfortable in front of the camera.

  • Paul Said,

David actually wanted to sit this one out, so Poggioli jumped in. He’s my experiment on how to turn exclusive wine drinkers into beer geeks.
